Hossein Nouri and Erfan Sattari won Iran's gold medals, and Afshin Zeinabi, Mohammad Mehdi Soroush, and Hamidreza Kanaani got the games' silver medals. Mohammad Zarei, Mohammad Rasoul Ghamarpour, Hossein Drekvand, and Hassan Modanlou won a bronze medal.
The national Iran deaf freestyle team ranked second after Kazakhstan in the tournament.
Earlier, the national Iran deaf Greco-Roman team gained 2 gold, 4 silver, and 3 bronze medals ranking third after Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
